For preparing and furnishing any office copy :—
Where the copy does not exceed 200 words in English or Greek.

Service of documents :—
For service in Cyprus of any document required to be served through
the Court snch fee as shall l»e pr-iperiy payable to the Police for that
purpose, and on payment of' sucii fee to the proper officer of Police, tbe
document will be served in the same manner xs though it were forwarded
for service by an officer of the Court.
The fees appointed to be taken by the I'olice are as follows :—

But so thai the maximum fee charged shall not in any case exceed

Kor the service out of Cyprns of any d'*-cument required to be served
through the Court such sum as shall be actually expended in effecting
such service aud procuring evidence thereof. Any Judge or the Registrar
of the Court may, on application being made f«»r snch service to be
effected, require the applicant to deposit in Court such sum as may be
estimated to be necessarv for defraving the exnenscs of such service and

In any proceeding not provided for in tiie aliove scale, in respect
whereof a fee was chargeable prior to the 17th April. 188G, tlie same fee
shall continue to i)e taken as before that date. Any such fee where
expressed in the currency of the Ottoman Empire to he reckoned at the
rate of 1-^ Cynrns piastres for a piastre and :.<) Cyprus piastres for a
medjid, and where expressed in British currency to be reckoned at the
rate of l-j Cyprus piastres for every two pence.
B. — IN AD-URALITY ACTIOX*-- BEFORE THE SUPREME COURT.
On sealing a writ of summons in any action :
Where the amount c/aimed is £20 or under
Where the amount claimed exceeds £2o :
Where no liquidated sum is claimed or where the recovery
of mouey is not the object of the action
On sealiug a summons to any person to attend as a witness or
ortherwise. ...
On entering a judgment or order for which no special fee is
provided
On notice of appeal from afinaljudgment to the Privy Council
On order giving leave to appeal to the Privy Council from any
order not being a rinai judgment
On review by the Court of any order of a Judge :
Where the amount claimed does not exceed £20
Where the amouut claimed exceeds £2l> or where recovery of
money is not the object of the action ...
On application to tax any bill of costs :
For every £2 or part thereof claimed
On review of any bill of costs
On sealing any writ of execution :
To recover any sum not exceeding £2u ...
To recover any sum exceeding £20 but not exceeding £50 ...
To recover any sum exceeding £50
