COURT FEES—continued.
I.—IN PROCEEDINGS BEFORE THE DISTRICT COURTS UNDER THE TITHE AND TAX
COLLECTION LAW (NO. 14) 1882:
N o fee is payable in respect of such proceedings ; bnt, in the case of copie* of any orders,
warrants or other proceedings being required by any other than the Commissioner or Principal
Officer of Customs of the District in which the proceedings are taken, or any person authorized
by either of them to appiy on his behalf, then the copies shall be furnished on the same terms
and on payment of the same fees as are payable in respect of the furnishing of copies of thefileof
proceedings iu a civd action, such fee to be applied and disposed of in the same m a n n e r as fees
paid for copies of such file of proceedings.
In cases of seizure under this L a w the charges are :
For m a n in possession
