OF INTOXICATING LIQUORS BT RETAIL.
For every hotel, any premise."- occupied by any club, restaurant or other pi---.*- used lor the

other premises so used shall noe exceed the sum £20 per annum, and so thut r.!;-* lowest annual
rate of duty eluugeable .shall be for premises in auy of the towns of Nicosia, Larnaca, Famagusta
(including Vim-shun, Kyrenia. Ktima and Limassoi £ 4 per annum, and for premi-'-s in tiny other

All such Royalcies shall be assessed and collecced by the Cuscoms Auchoricies ac the Port of
shipmenc. The Cuscoms Authoricies are hereby empowered iu the event of the value of any
mineral being iu their opinion insufficiently or incorrectly declared to demand aud cake in respect
of the said mineral the above Royalty or any part thereof in kind inscead of iu cash.

STORAGE OF GUNPOWDER. &c.
The following charges are payable co che Customs Treasury of che Districc of Larnaca by
any person storing any explosive substauce in th*- Government Store ac Larnaca:—
1 copper piastre per mouth, or part thereof for every keg or case coucaiuing noe more
than 10 okes of explosive substance.
2 copper piastres per monch. or pare thereof for every keg or case containing more chan
10 okes.
In the case of storage race of any explosive subscance remaining unpaid for C mouths, the
Chief Colleccor of Customs may sell a sufficient quantity to cover the arrears of the storage rate.
The Board of Evkaf is entitled to store explosive substances in the Government Store
without the paymenc of any rate.

EXAMINATION OF ANIMALS BY VETERINARY SURGEON.
The following fees are payable in respecc of animals examined by the Veterinary Surgeon
or his deputy prior to shipment:—

FEES UNDER THE WRECKS LAW (No. 12) 1SS6.
For wreck taken by the Receiver into his custody a commission offivepounds per hundred
pounds on tlie value thereof, but so that the whole amouut of percentage shall not exceed the
s u m of twenty pounds in any case.
