the action requests an enquiry, the sum deposited in Court (which is to cover the cost of
making the enquiry and the giving of evideuce > or, where no sum has been deposited, in Court,
the charge hereinbefore appointed, together with a sum of 10s. as cost of the Clerk attending
the Courr-, shall be paid into the District Treasury to the credit of the Enquiry Fund.
