VI. Upon effecting a registration under Heads I. to IV. a further charge of Gcp. is levied as
cost of Paper and Clerk's Fee (the licp. formerly paid to che Clerk is now paid to Govern–
ment! but. in the case of registration of original title under Head I., if the property is of
a value less than lOOcp. this charge is uot taken. The like charge of Oop. is levied upon
issuing a copy of a registracion of title or mortgage.
VII. Cpon redsterin-r a lease of land under the Public Lands (Leases) Law, 1-SS2 :—
O n registration of lease - 10s. for every acre or part of an acre leased.
| 5s. for the hrst 200 words and 13. for every
" I subsequent 100 words of such copy.
VIII. Fees for Searches :—'•
(I) Any intending purchaser or mortgagee: (2) if the registered owner be dead,
anyone of ids heirs, and if the registered owner be alive, anyoue who, in the event of
his death, would become his heir ; (3) any creditor who may have obtained a judgment
atrainst the owner of any property ; (4i any person to w h o m the Principal Officer of
Land Registration of the Discricc shall specially direct such information co be given :

the La::d Registry Offices on payment of the following fees :—

For search and certificate in the administration of Infants'

In all other cases :—
For se:u*ch and certificate concerning a single registration
For search and certificate concerning more than one regi–
