C O U P w T FEES—continued.
For the service out of Cyprus of anv document required to be served
through the Court such sum as shall be actually expended in effecting
such service aud procv.riu? evidence thereof. A n r .Tud-re or the Registrar
Oi the Court may. on application being made :*• r sucn service to be
effected, require the applicant to deposit in Court such sum as may be
estimated to be necessary for defraying the expen

es of such service and
the procuring of ividerice thereof.
In auy pr'*-ce*.*iiug not provided for in the a'~ove scale, in respect
whereof a fee bas be-.r. heretofore chargeable, the -:.-.-:. fee shall contiuue
to be taken as heretofore. Any such fee where expressed in the currency
of the Ottoman Empire to be reckoned at. the rate of H Cyprus piastres
for a piastre and Z\> Cyprus piastres for a medjid. ar.T where expressed
in British curre::-.-y to be reckoned at tbe rate or J-V Cyprus piastres
for every two penes.
