LICENSE DUTIES PAYABLE LN" RESPECT OF THE SALE
OF INTOXICATING LIQUORS BY RETAIL.
For every hotel, any premises occupied by auy club, restaurant or other place used for the 1
sale of intoxicating liquors by retail, an annual percentage on the rental or yearly value of the
premises so used after the rate of •>» per cent, but sc that the license duty for an hotel shall not
exceed £10 per annum, or for a club-house £."> per annum, aud su that the license duty for any
other premises so used shall not exceed the sum £2o per annum, and so that the lowe-*t annual
rate of duty chargeable shall be for premises iu auy or the town- of Xicosia. Larnaca. Famagusta
(including Taroshia\ Kyrenia, Ktima and Limassoi Hi per annum, and ror premises in any other-
place £l Ios. per annum.
For selling by retail in any tent or booth or in the open air - - - 2s. per day.
EXPORT DUTIES.
Upon all Wine exported from the Island a duty at the rate of .3 paras per (Ii-juid; gallou. .
