Persons who pay import duty on guns buwught with them to Cyprus for Sportinc" purposes
are entitled to have three-fourths of the amount refunded at the Custom House, Larriuca, in the
event of their taking the guns out of the Island within •> years on production of the documents
referred to in Sec. 2 (a) and (/>) of Order iu Council Xo. 19, Guzntttt 77 of 19th October, I88l.
W h e n any Import Duty shall have been paid in respect'of any wine,'spirits, malt liquors, L»»I-/ No. 22 of 1899,
tobacco, cigars, or articles of food supplied for the use of any mess on board auy of His nec. 17 and 18.
Majesty's ships of war. a drawback of the amount of the duty so paid may be allowed, or if
such goods are shipped from the Customs store before paymeut of duty, the amount of such •
duty may be remitted on the production of a certificate from the proper officer of Customs
that such goods have been actually shipped ou board one of His Majesty's ships, a receipt
from the Paymaster of such ship for the goods and a written undertaking from the Paymaster
or other proper officer of such ship that if such goods or auy part thereof shall be at any time
re-landed, the dnty 3hall be paitl thereon.

T h e amount of duty paid on any article which may lie subsequently supplied to the High Schedule 3. Law No.
