C O U R T FEES—continued.
For ehe service oue of Cyprus of auy documencrequiredto be served
through the Courc such sum as shall be actually expended in effecting
such service and procuring evidence chereof. Any Judge or the Registrar
of the Courc may. on applicacion being made for such service to be
effecced, require che applicant to deposic in Courc such sum as may be
estimaced co be necessary for defraying che expenses of such service "and
the procuring of evidence thereof.
In auy proceeding not provided for iu che above scale, in respecc
whereof a fee has been heretofore chargeable, che same fee shall concinue
to be taken as heretofore. Any such fee where expressed in che currency
of che Octomau Empire to be reckoned ac che race of lit Cvprus piascres
for a piascre and 3*> Cyprus piascres for a medj id, and" where expressed
in Bricish currency co be reckoned ac che race of 1$ Cyprus piascres
for every two pence.
