Service of documents :—
For service in Cyprus of any document required to bo served through
the Court such fee as shall bo properly payable to the pohce for that
purpose, and on payment of such fee to the proper officer of police, the
document will bo ser.vd in the same manner as though it were forwarded
for service by an officer of the Court.
The fees appointed to be taken by th-- Pohce are as follows (o):—
F o r the service of any document served within a distance of three
miles of the Court of the District
. . . .
F o r every additional three miles or portion thereof
B u t so that the m a x i m u m fee charged shall not in any case exceed
the s u m of
. . .
F o r the service out of Cyprus of any document required to be served
through the Court such s u m as shall be actually expended iu effecting
such service aud procuring evidence thereof. A n y Judge or the Registrar
of the Court may, on application being m a d e for such service to be
effected, require the applicant to deposit in Court such s u m as m a y be
estimated to be necessary for defraying the expenses of such service and
the procuring of evidence thereof.
In a n y proceeding not provided for in the above scale, in respect
whereof a fee has been heretofore charg'iable, the same fee shall continue
to be taken as heretofore. A n y such fee wh_-re expressed in the currency
of the O t t o m a u Empire to be reckoned at ths rate of 1-V Cyprus piastres
for a piastre and 3 0 Cyprus piastres for a medjid, a n d w h e r e expressed
iu British currency to be reckoned at the rate of 1-V Cyprus piastres
for every two peuce.

Where no liquidated sum is claimed or where the recovery
of money is not the object of the action

or otherwise
O n enteriug a judgment or order for which no special fee is
provided ...
O n notice of appeal from afinaljudgment to the Privy Council
O n order giving leave to appeal to the Privy Council from any
order not being afinaljudgment
O n review by the Court of any order of a Judge:
Where the amount claimed does not exceed £20
Where the amouut claimed exceeds £20 or where recovery of
money is not the object of the actiou .
O n application to tax any bill of costs:
