from 1* feet above tbe ground to such height as will allow a balk of timber to be cut.
License for timber cut from fallen or dead trees in State Forests,—a due of oue-third
of such timber delivered at such place as the Principal Forest Oificer shall direct.

grauted and for each kiln supplied

charcoal therein in one kiln, for each period of three mouths for

other than the villages referred to in Clause 7 of the " W o o d s aud

For every boat w h e n so permitted by special license (uo boat to
exceed 5 tons) for every voyage

For every camel load
For every two-wheeled cart .....
