A . — I N CIVIL ACTIONS BEFORE THE SUPREME COURT AND THE DISTRICT COURTS (a).
In matters regulated by "The Rules of Court, 1886," in
matters arising under the authority of clause 7 0 of " T h e H i g h
Court of Justice Ordinance, 1879," and in proceedings in bank–
ruptcy under the provisions of the O t t o m a n Commercial Code, the
following fees are appointed to be taken, in the S u p r e m e Court,
in the several District Courts, in any otfice which is connected
with any of those Courts and by any officer attached to any of
those Courts, in respect.of the several proceedings m e n t i o n e d : —
AOTHOKITT.
O n sealing a writ of s u m m o n s in a n y action :—
W h e r e the amount claimed is £ 2 0 or under ...
W h e r e the amount claimed is over £ 2 0 ; where no liqui–
dated s u m is claimed ; or where the recovery of m o n e y
is not the object of the action
O n sealiug a s u m m o n s to any person to attend as witness
or otherwise ...
O n application to re-enter actiou for hearing where it has
been entered and struck out for default of appearance and
is not re-entered by leave of the Court-:—
W h e r e the amount claimed is £ 2 0 or nuder ...
W h e r e the amount claimed is over £ 2 0 ; where no liqui–
dated sura is claimed ; or where the recovery of m o n e y
is not the object of the action
O n entering a judgment or any order for which no special
fee is provided...
O n filing notice of appeal to the S u p r e m e Court...
O n entering an order for leave to appeal to Privy Council...
