No fee is payable iu respect of such proceedings; but, iu the case of copies of any
orders, warrants or other proceedings bein,-"r required by any other than the Commissioner
or Principal Officer of Customs of tha District in wliich the proceedings are taken, or any
persou authorized by either of them to apply on his behalf, then the copies shall be
furnished on the same terms and ou payment of the same fees as are payable in respect of the
furnishing of copies of the file of proceedings in a civil action, such fee to be applied and
disposed of in the same manner as fees paid for copies of such file of proceedings.

For an order in " Bi Vedjhi-Sheri" cases (Le., cases in which the claim is rejected
as bad at law), 2h per cent, of amount claimed if not exceeding 20,000 piastres ; and in
claims exceeding that sum, 2-V per cent, for the first 20,000 piastres and 1 ner cent' on the
remainder.
For an order in '* Bila-Beyin-i-Sherieh " cases (i.e., cases in which the claim is rejected
on failure to proiiuce evidence), 1 per cent, on amount claimed up to 20,000 piastres, and
in cases where the amount claimed exceeds 20,000, 1 par cent, on thefirst20,000 piastres I La-
