8.—Licence to collect dry wood in the State Forests for making Lime
therein, for each period of three months for which the licence is
granted and for eaeh kiln supplied

charcoal therein in oue kiln, for each period of three months for
which the licence is granted ...

other than the villages referred to in Clause 7 of tlie " W o o d s and
