exceptions :—
On even- vessel of over one thousand tons of registered tonnage
For every ton up to 1.C00 tons
For every ton over 1,000 tons
On irvery vessel passing coastwise :
For every ton up to 1,000 tons
For every ton over 1,(J00 tons
