COURT FEES
(continued).
Servico of documents :—
For service in Cyprus of any documenc required to be served
through the Court such fee as ahull be properly payable to the
polie > for that purpose, and •>*.i payment of .»ueh fee to the proper
officT <>f :. "lice, th? docum.-nt will bo served in the same manner
as though it were forwarded fur service by an officer of the Court.
The fees appointed to be taken by the Police are as follows (a):—
For the service of any documeut served withiu a distance of
three miies of the Court of the District
-
For every additional three miles or portion thereof -
But so that the maximum fee char-'il shall not in auv case
exceed the s u m of - -
Notice in lieu of Summous :—
Where tho Court or Judge shall order that notice of the writ
of summon*? m a y be given by the advertisement thereof and of
the order directing tho advertisement in the Cyprus Gazette, the
followiug charge is m a d e by the Chief Secretary :—
For an advertisement not occupying more space than oue
column of the Gazette - - - . -
For every quarter column or portion thereof beyond
For the service out of Cyprus of any document required to be
served through the Court such s u m as shall be actually expended
in eifectiug such service and procuring evidence thereof. A n y
Judge or the Registrar of the Court may.on application being m a d e
for such service to be effected, require the applicant to deposit in
Court such s u m as m a y Iw estimated to be necessary for defraying
the expenses uf such service and the procuring of evidence thereof.
In any proceeding not provided for in the above scale, in respect
whereof a fe.** iias been heretofore charu'eable, tlie same fos shall
continue to be taken as heretofore*'. A n y --uch fee whore expressed
