CIVIL ACTIONS BEFORE THE SOPRBJI* COCRT AXD THB

In matters regulated by " T h e Rules of Court, 1886," in
matters arising under the authority of clause 70 of " The High
Court of Justice Ordinance, 1879," and in proceedings in bank–
ruptcy under the provisions of the Ottoman Commercial Code, the
following fees are appointed to be taken, in the Supreme Court,
in the several District Courts, in any office which is connected
with any of those Courts and by any onicer. attached to'any of
those Courts, in respect of the several proceedings mentioned:—
On sealing a writ of summons in any action :—
Where the amount claimed i3 £20 or uuder ...
Where the amount claimed is over £20 ; where no liqui–
dated sum is claimed ; or where the recovery of money

is not the object of the action
O n sealing a summons to any person to attend as witness
or otherwise ...
O n appUcation to re-enter action for hearing where it has
been entered and struck out for default of appearance and
is not re-entered by leave of the Court:— •
Wbere the amount claimed is £ 2 0 or under ...
Where the amount claimed is over £20 ; where no liqui-
