The circumference of the tree to be measured 5 feet from tbe grouud and tbe height
from 1^ feet above tbe ground to such height as wil. allow a balk of timber to be cut.
Licence for timber cut from fallen or dead trees in State Forests,—a due of oue-third
of such timber delivered at such place as the Principal Forest Officer shall direct.
