Section 6.01. The fol1owing are specified as additional events for
suspension of the right of the Borrower to rnake

Account for the purposes of Section 9.02
(1)
of the General Conditions:
(a) if CCB, CMIO

DCD shal1 have failed to perform any of their
obligations under the CCB, CMIO

provision thereof, shall have been repealed, suspended

waived, in a manner which in the reasonable opinion
of the Fund may materially and adversely affect the carrying

the operation of the facilities completed under the Project.
Section 6.02. The fol1owing are specified as additional events for
acceleration of maturity for the purposes of Section 9.07 (d) of the General
Condit ions:
The events specified under paragraphs (a) and (b) of Section 6.01 above
shall have taken place.

Effectiveness; Termination
Section 7.01. The fol1owing are
spe~ified
as additional conditions

the effectiveness of this Agreement for the purposes of Section 10.01 (e)
of the General Conditions:
(a) that each of the Cr::B, DCD and CMIO Subsidiary Loan Agree–
ments in form and substance acceptable to the Fund have been duly authorised

ratified by, and executed and delivered on behalf of the Borrower and CCB,
DCD and CMIO and are legal1y binding upon the Parties thereto, in accordance
with their terms, subject only to the effectiveness of this Agreement;
(b) that the Borrower has established the Project Po1icy and Co–
ordination Committee describec in Section 1 (d) of Schedule 4 hereof in a
manner satisfactory to the Fund and the Cooperating Institution;
(c) that the Pro ject Coordina.tor acceptable to the Fund has been
appointed by the Borrower.
Section 7.02. The following are specified as additional matters for
the purposes of Section 10.02 (c) of the General Conditions, to be incIuded
in the opinion

be furnished to the Fund:
That the Subsidiary Loan Agreements referred to in Sect ions 3.01,
3.02 and 3.03 of this Agreement have been duly authorized

by and executed and delivered on behaIf of the Borrower and each
of CCB, DCD and CMIO respectively and are legally binding upon
the Parties thereto in accordance with their terms, subject only

the effectiveness of this Agreeent.
Section 7.03. The date
AUG. 1 3 1984
is hereby specified for the
effectiveness of this Agreement for the purposes of Section 10.04 of the GeneraI
Condi tions.
