4.12.
The Borrower shall prepare

the English language, periodic progress reports on the Project

and shall indicate, inter alia, progress made and problems encountered during
the period under review, steps taken

proposed to be taken to remedy these
problems and proposed program of activities and expected progress during
the following months.
Section
4. 13.
The Borrower shal1 enable the accredited representatives
of the Fund and
