Section
3.05.

ARTICLE

Execution of the Project
Section
4.01.
The Borrower shall ensure that, for the implementation
of the Project and maintenance and operat

the performance of the Pro ject shall
carry out its
responsibί1ities
properly and

accordance with the

of this Agreement.
Section
4.02.
The Borrower shall cause

dilίgence,

ficiency and

conformity with sound administrative, financial, engineering
and appropriate agricultural and rural development practices.

4.03.
The Borrower shall make

services, funds and other resources, as the case may be, which ma]' be required

Section 4.04.

4.05.
(a)

the carrying out of the Project and maintenance and
operation of the facilities completed under the Project, the Borrower shall
employ and/or cause CMIO and MCI to employ qualified consultants accept–

of Schedule 4 hereof acceptable
to the Borrower and the Fund

such other consultants as may be agreed
between the Borrower and the F und and to

extent and upon terms and con–

(b) Consultants' services to be hired under the Project shall be engaged

accordance with the relevant procedures of the Fund for the engagement
of consultants for simi1ar projects.

being equal, preference shall be

to Consultants
from Developing Member States of the Fund.

The Borrower shall cause the Project to be

plans, design standards, specifications, work schedules
and construction methods acceptable to· the Borrower and the Fund. The
Borrower shall furnish

and work schedu!es, and any material modifications subsequently
