Section 3.05.

order to assist the Borrower

the peri–
odic inspection, to be carried out pursuant to Sect10n 4.03 (b)
of this Agreement, of the Kour1s Dam to be constructed under Part
Α οί
the Project, the Borrower sha11 ma1ntain a panel of inde–
pendent experts, whose qual1fications, experience and terms of
reference shall be satisfactory to the Bank.
Section 3.06. (a) The Borrower undertakes to ·insure, or make
adequate provision for the insurance of, the imported goods to be
financed out of the proceeds of the Loan against hazards incident
to the acquisition, transportation and de1ivery thereof to the
place of use or insta11at1on, and for such insurance any indem–
n1ty sha11 be payable

a currency free1y usab1e by the Borrower
to rep1ace or repair such goods.
(b) The Borrower shal1 cause a11 goods and services
f1nanced out of the proceeds of the Loan to be used exclusive1y

for the purposes of the Project.
Sect10n 3.07. (a) The Borrower shal1 furnish to the Bank,
promptly upon their preparation, the plans, specifications,
reports, contract documents, and cons truction, other work and
procurement schedules for the Project, and any material modifica–
tions thereof or add1 tions thereto,

shall reasonably request.
(b) The Borrower shal1: (1) maintain records and proce–
dures adequate to record and monitor the progress of the Project
(1nclud1ng its cost and the benefits to be derived from it), to
