The annua1 quota of Ango1a established under the provisions of
paragraph 1 of this Annex sha11 be exempt from downward or upward
adjustments of quota and sha11 be deducted

the global annual quota
established by the Council under the provisions of Article 34 prior to the
a11ocation of annual quotas to exporting Members entit1ed to a basic quota
under the provisions of paragraphs (1) and (2) of Article 35.

If the amount of coffee dec1ared by Ango1a to be available for export

a coffee year exceeds the quota to which it wou1d have been entit1ed
under the provisions of Artic1es 30 and 35 of the Internationa1 Coffee
Agreement 1976 the procedures provided for ln this Annex shall be suspended.
