The Council may require Hernbers to furnish such information as it
considers necessary for its operations, including regular statistical
reports

coffee production, production trends

exports and imports,
distribution, consumption, stocks, prices and taxation, but

shall be published which might serve to identify the operations of
persons

cornpanies producing, processing

marketing coffee. Members
shall furnish information requested

as detailed and accurate a manner
as is practicable.

1f a Member fails to supply

finds difficulty

supplying within
a reasonable time statistical and other information required by the
Council for the proper functioning of the Organization, the Council may
requ1re the Member concerned to explain the reasons for non-compliance.
If it is found that technical assistance is needed

the matter, the
Conncil may take any necessar)' measures.
