roller, hereby require you and command you to
proceed with the collection of the following taxes or
duties, which remained unpaid on the 1st day of
January, i960:—
All sums assessed under section 7 of the Reco–
very of Compensation for Injury to Property Law,
Cap. 146 and Laws 38 of 1954 and 24 of 1958,
together with an increase thereof of twenty-five
per centum,
from all persons liable thereto and in default of pay–
ment to levy execution upon any person in default by
seizure and sale of the movable property of such
person and to take such other steps as may be
necessary for the recovery of any amount due by
such person in default under the provisions of the
Tax Collection Law, Cap. 303.

person and to take such other steps as may be
necessary for the recovery of any amount due by
such person in default under the provisions of the

{b) All sums assessed under any bye-laws made
under section 29 of the Water (Domestic
Purposes) Village Supplies Law, Cap 311
and Laws 28 of 1951, 12 of 1952 and
13 of 1957 together with an increase thereof
of twenty-five per centum,
from all persons liable thereto and in default of
payment to levy execution upon such person in
default by the seizure and sale of the movable
property of such person and to take such other
steps as may be necessary for the recovery of any
amount due by any such person in default under the
provisions of the Tax Collection Law, Cap. 303.

and if any such number is tendered to them the
fact should be reported at once to the nearest
Police Station.
