nistasa (Nicosia District) Co-operative Transport
Society Limited, shall be cancelled and that the
said society shall be dissolved as from the date
hereof.

O R D E R OF CANCELLATION O F REGISTRATION
U N D E R SECTION 47.
Whereas by an order made by me on the 2nd
November, 1956, and published under Notifica–
tion No. 1332 in the Gazette of the 22nd Novem–
ber, 1956, it was directed that the Masari
(Nicosia District) Co-operative Credit Society
should be wound up.
And whereas a liquidator has been appointed
for the purpose under Notification No. 18 in the
Gazette of the 7th January, i960.
And whereas the affairs of the said society have
been wound up:
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers vested
in me as Greek Registrar of Co-operative Societies,
by section 47 of the Co-operative Societies Law,
Cap. 198 and Laws 22 of 1955 and 28 of 1959,
I hereby order that the registration of the Masari
(Nicosia District) Co-operative Credit Society,
shall be cancelled and that the said society shall
be dissolved as from the date hereof.

AWARD OF THE ARBITRATION TRIBUNAL APPOINTED
T O SETTLE A DISPUTE BETWEEN THE W A T E R BOARD
OF NICOSIA A N D ITS EMPLOYEES.
The Tribunal, which was appointed by His
Excellency the Governor under section 3 (2) (c) of
the Trade Disputes (Conciliation, Arbitration and
Inquiry) Law, Cap. 171, for the purpose of settling a
dispute between the Water Board of Nicosia and its
employees, concerning the latter's remuneration and
conditions of employment, considered the following
claims which had been submitted by the employees'
Trade Union :—

lock points of difference to the Arbitration TribunaL

II.—COST-OF-LIVING ALLOWANCE.
Cost-of-living Allowance in accordance with the
