VACANT POST.
Applications are invited for the following
vacant post: —
Post of Inspector of Physical Education.
Responsibilities and duties .' To inspect teachers
of his own and allied subjects in secondary
schools ; to advise and assist teachers ; to prepare
schemes of work, text-books, etc., as required ;
to organize and take part in training courses in
his own and allied subjects ; to perform such
administrative duties as may from time to time
be required of him by the Chief Education
Officer and the Senior Inspectors of Schools.
Qualifications : Diploma of a recognised Physi–
cal Education Academy, certificate as a trained
teacher or such professional training as may be
deemed appropriate ; teaching experience at least
15 years of service in schools.
Salary Scale: £900X30—1,020X36—1,200 per
annum.
