T H E PHARMACY (EXAMINATIONS) RULES, 1954.
Directions given by the Pharmacy and Poisons
Board under Rule 5.
In exercise of the powers vested in them by rule
5 of the Pharmacy (Examinations) Rules, 1954, the
Pharmacy and Poisons Board hereby direct that
Parts I and II (Chemistry) of the Pharmacy Exa–
minations shall be held before the persons set out
in the Schedule hereto on the 12th September, i960,
and the following days as follows :—
Monday, 12th September, i960, 9 a.m.— 12
noon: Part I Written Examination at the
Nurses' Training School, Nicosia.
Tuesday, 13th September, i960, 9 a.m.— 12
noon : Part II Written Examination at the
Nurses' Training School, Nicosia.
Wednesday, 14th September, i960, from 9 a.m*
onwards, Practical and Oral Examina–
tions at the English School, Nicosia.

Note :—Attention is directed to rule 6 of the
Pharmacy (Examinations) Rules, 1954, under
which a candidate desiring to enter for the
above examinations should apply in writing
to the Chief Medical Officer not less than 10
days before the datefixedfor the examinations.

Constitution of the Republic of Cyprus (Turkish).
Copies of the Constitution of the Republic of
Cyprus (in Turkish), may be obtained at 250 mils
each, from the Government Printer, Nicosia, or

Tenders.
Anyone interested in the purchase of the eating-
egg production of the Government Egg Unit at
Akhelia (Paphos) from the 1st September up to
and including the 17th December, 1960, may submit
a tender to the President of the Tender Board,
Treasury, Nicosia, by 10 a.m. on Saturday the 27th
August, 1960.
2. The price offered should be per dozen for eggs
of a standard size weighing from If oz. and over
and per oke for small or cracked eggs.
3. The estimated weekly production is ranging
from 15,000 to 20,000 eggs.
4. The collection should take place on the spot
twice a week or even oftener, if so desired, and pay–
ment effected immediately.
5. The approved tenderer should sign a contract
and furnish a solvent guarantee for the faithful
performance of his undertaking.
6. The Government is not bound tc accept the
highest or any tender.
7. Further particulars required may be obtained
from the Principal Clerk of the Department of Agri–
culture, Nicosia (telephone No. 4000/2255).
