N O T I C E U N D E R SUB-SECTION (9) O F SECTION 17.
Whereas the Municipal Council of Nicosia, as the appropriate authority (hereinafter referred to as " the appropriate-
authority ") under section 3 of the Streets and Buildings Regulation Law (hereinafter referred to as " the Law ") by a notice-
under
sub-section (3) of section 17 of the Law published in the Gazette of 6th August, 1959, notified that :—
(a) a unanimous resolution had been taken to the effect that the streets set out in the Schedule hereto should be properly
constructed ;
(b) plans and specifications had been prepared and deposited in its office :
(c) such plans and specifications were open to inspection by the public at all reasonable times for a period of two
months from the publication of the said notice in the Gazette.
And whereas no objections having been made, the Governor-in-Council has granted his approval to the plans and
specifications concerning the said streets and a notice thereof under sub-section (7) of section 17 of the Law has
been published under Public Instrument No. 75 of 1960 ;
And whereas the work of construction has been completed :
Now, therefore, by this notice under sub-section (9) of section 17 of the Law, the appropriate authority notifies in
the Schedule hereto the exact statement of the cost together with afinalapportionment of the cost amongst the owners
affected.
SCHEDULE.

Description of work : Earthwork, foundation, formation and widening of existing foundation, premix, curb, culvert
