NOTICE U N D E R SECTION 12.
Notice is hereby given that the Municipal Council
of the Municipal Corporation of Limassol in exercise
of the powers vested in them by section 12 of the
Streets and Buildings Regulation Law (Cap. 165
and Laws 10 of 1950, 44 of 1954, 18 of 1955, 12 of
1957 and 14 of 1959) in their capacity as the Appro–
priate Authority under section 3 of the said Laws
with the object of widening, straightening and im–
proving the streets described in the Schedule hereto
have caused plans to be prepared showing the width
of each such street and the direction that each street
shall take.
The said plans are deposited in the Municipal
Offices and will be open to inspection by the public
during working hours for three months from the
date of this publication in the Gazette.
Any person who objects to the said plans may
at any time within the aforesaid three months appeal
to His Excellency the Governor against the said
plans.
