Under the power and authority vested in him
by the Courts of Justice Laws, 1953 to 1959, His
Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint
Mr. Shakir Sidki Ilkay, Judge, Turkish Family
Court, to act as a District Judge of a District
Court in the Colony of Cyprus in addition to his
substantive duties, with effect from the 8th June,
1960.
