CHANGE OF NAME.
It is hereby notified for general information that
at a special general meeting convened for the purpose
of amending the bye-laws of the First Limassol
Co-operative Savings Bank Limited registered under
that name on the 9th June, 1939, bye-law 1 has been
altered by the required majority so that the name
of the said society instead of being the First Limassol
Co-operative Savings Bank Limited shall henceforth
be as follows : —
" Limassol Turkish Co-operative Bank Limited ".

To all Tax Collectors,
I, Theophanis George Ionides, Acting Chief
Revenue Officer, hereby require you and command
you to proceed with the collection of the following
taxes or duties from all persons liable thereto and in
default of payment to levy execution upon any
person in default by seizure and sale of the movable
property of such person and to take such other steps
as may be necessary for the recovery of any amount
due by any such person in default under the provi–
sions of the Tax Collection Law, Cap. 303.
All sums assessed under section 90 of the Elemen–
tary Education Law, Cap. 203 and Laws 22 of
1950, 17 of 1952, 28 of 1953, 12 of 1954, 19 of
1955, 25 of 1956 and 21 of 1959 due and payable
on the 1st June, 1960.
