Tenders.
Anyone interested in the purchase of the eating-
egg production of the Government Egg Unit at
Akhelia (Paphos) from the 1st June up to and
including the 31st August, 1960, may submit a
tender to the President of the Tender Board,
Treasury, Nicosia, by 10 a.m. on Saturday the 28th
May, 1960.
2. The price offered should be per dozen for eggs
of a standard size weighing from If oz. and over
and per oke for small or cracked eggs.
3. The estimated weekly production is about
15,000 eggs.
4. The collection should take place on the spot
twice a week or even oftener, if so desired, and
payment effected immediately.
5. As a security for the faithful performance of
his undertaking, the approved tenderer should
furnish a solvent guarantee.
6. The Government is not bound to accept the
highest or any tender.
7. Further particulars required may be obtained
from the Director of Agriculture, Nicosia (telephone

Quarantine Restrictions.
The attention of the public is invited to the-
Notification made on the 12th December, 1958,
by His Excellency the Governor pursuant to the-
Quarantine Law, Cap. 145, and published b>
Supplement No. 3 to the Gazette of the 18th.
December, 1958, whereby it was declared that
the following local areas were infected local areas
and that all passengers and goods therefrom
would be subject to the measures prescribed by
the Quarantine (Maritime and Aerial) Regulations
1953 to 1958, with respect to the dangerous-
