Notice under Section 47 of the Administration
of Estates Law, 1954.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Adminis–
tration of Estates Law, 1954, that any person having
any claim or any interest in the Estate of Panayiotis
Hadjitsangaris, deceased, late of Ayia Phylaxis, is
hereby required to send to me particulars in writing
of his claim or interest before the expiration of two
months from the publication of this notice after
which date the Estate of the said deceased will be
distributed among the persons entitled thereto
having regard only to the claims and interests of
which I shall then have notice.

Notification made on the 12th December, 1958,
by His Excellency the Governor pursuant to the
Quarantine Law, Cap. 145, and published in
Supplement No. 3 to the Gazette of the 18th
December, 1958, whereby it was declared that

would be subject to the measures prescribed by
the Quarantine (Maritime and Aerial) Regulations
