His Excellency the Governor directs it to be noti–
fied for general information that a communication
has been received from the Right Honourable the
Secretary of State for the Colonies intimating that
Senhor Amaury Banhos Porto de Oliveira has been
appointed Brazilian Consul in Southampton with
jurisdiction including Cyprus, and that the Queen's
Exequatur empowering him to act in that capacity
received Her Majesty's signature on 29th February,
1960.
