N O T I C E U N D E R SUB-SECTION (9) O F SECTION 17.
Whereas the Municipal Council of Nicosia, as the appropriate authority (hereinafter referred to as " the appropriate-
authority ") under section 3 of the Streets and Buildings Regulation Law (hereinafter referred to as " the Law ") by
a
notice under sub-section (3) of section 17 of the Law published in the Gazette of 19th May, 1955, notified that :—
(a) a unanimous resolution had been taken to the effect that, inter alia, the street set out in the Schedule hereto should
be properly constructed ;
(6) plans and specifications had been prepared and deposited in its office ;
(c) such plans and specifications were open to inspection by the public at all reasonable times for a period of two
months from the publication of the said notice in the Gazette.
And whereas, after considering objections made, the Governor in Council has granted his approval to the plans and
specifications concerning the said street and a notice thereof under sub-section (7) of section 17 of the Law has been
published under Public Instrument Xo. 838 of 1956 ;
And whereas the work of construction has been completed :
Now, therefore, by this notice under sub-section (9) of section 17 of the Law the appropriate authority notifies in the
Schedule hereto the exact statement of the cost together with afinalapportionment of the cost amongst the owners affected.
SCHEDULE.

Description of work : Excavation, foundation, premix, curb, levelling, ditches and overhead expenses.
Exact total cost : £680.464 mils.
Total length of frontage: 1,111 feet.
