The Secretary of State for the Colonies has
intimated that the power of disallowance will not be
exercised in respect of the under-mentioned Law :—

Law.

His Excellency the Governor directs it to be
notified for general information that Mr. N a h u m
Eshkol has been appointed to act as Vice-Consul
of Israel in Cyprus, and that intimation has been
received from the Right Honourable the Secretary
of State for the Colonies that the Queen's Exe–
quatur empowering Mr. Eshkol so to act received
Her Majesty's signature on 29th I^ebruary, i960.
