APPOINTMENT OF LIQUIDATOR.
With reference to Notification No. 189 pub–
lished in the Cyprus Gazette No. 4308 of the 18th
February, i960, it is hereby notified for general
information that in exercise of the powers vested
in m e by section 41 (1) of the Co-operative Soci–
eties Law (Cap. 198 and Laws 22 of 1955 and 28
of 1959) I have appointed Mr. Ioannis Papaneo-
phytou, Co-operative Officer, Greek Department
of Co-operative Development, to be the liquidator
of the Ayios Amvrosios (Kyrenia District) Co–
operative Transport Society Limited.

U N D E R SECTION 47.
Whereas by an order made by m e on the 4th
December, 1957, and published under Notification
No. 1443 in the Gazette of the 19th December,
1957, it was directed that the Korakou (Nicosia
District) Co-operative Transport Society Limited,
should be wound up ;
And whereas a liquidator has been appointed
for the purpose under Notification No. 133 in the
Gazette of the 26th January, 1958.
And whereas the affairs of the said society have
been wound up ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers vested
in m e as Greek Registrar of Co-operative Societies
by section 47 of the Co-operative Societies L a w
(Cap. 198 and Laws 22 of 1955 and 28 of 1959)
I hereby order that the registration of the Korakou
(Nicosia District) Co-operative Transport Society
Limited, shall be cancelled and that the said
society shall be dissolved as from the date hereof.

of the Dhiorios (Kyrenia District) Co-operative
Store Society Limited ;
And whereas I a m of the opinion that this
society ought to be wound up ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers vested
in m e as Greek Registrar of Co-operative Soci–
eties, by section 41 (1) of the above Laws, I do
hereby order that the Dhiorios (Kyrenia District)
Co-operative Store Society Limited should be
wound up.
