N O T I C E U N D E R SUB-SECTION (9) O F SECTION 17.
Whereas the Municipal Council of Famagusta, as the appropriate authority (hereinafter referred to as " the appro–
priate authority ") under section 3 of the Streets and Buildings Regulation Law (hereinafter referred to as " the Law "y
by a notice under sub-section (3) of section 17 of the Law published in the Gazette of 31st July, 1958, notified that:—
(a) a unanimous resolution had been taken to the effect that, inter alia, the streets set out in the Schedule hereto should
be properly constructed ;
(b) plans and specifications had been prepared and deposited in its office ;
(c) such plans and specifications were open to inspection by the public at all reasonable times for a period of two
months from the publication of the said notice in the Gazette ;
And whereas, no objections having been made, the Governor-in-Council has granted his approval to the plans and
specifications concerning the said streets, and a notice thereof under sub-section (7) of section 17 of the Law has
been
published under Public Instrument No. 360 of 1959.
And whereas the work of construction has been completed :
Now, therefore, by this notice under sub-section (9) of section 17 of the Law the appropriate authority notifies
Schedule hereto the exact statement of the cost together with afinalapportionment of the cost between the appro--
priate authority and the owners affected.
SCHEDULE.

Total length of frontage : 549 feet run.
Exact total cost of work
Less : Municipal Contribution of 5 0 % of the total cost of work
Net exact cost of work to be apportioned amongst the owners of privately-owned plots
Description of work done : Filling, levelling, sub-grade, sub-base, asphalting, and overhead
