Outstanding liability, and reduced contribution towards uew
Military Barracks.
Loss on disposal of investments; inclusion of telephone service
charges previously paid from Head 24 *, increased transport
expenses under new Leave and Passage Regulations ; and transfer
to expenditure of long-term loan and advance accounts at the
31st of December, 1937.
