Provided as follows:—
(a.) The aggregate amount of the fees for any such inspection shall £ s. p.

For the inspection of light and fog signals :—
For each visit made to the ship on the application of the owner and

for registry or re-registry no separate fee shall be charged for the inspection.

* ANCHORAGE AND MOORING IN FAMAGUSTA HARBOUR.
{to be charged when a vessel is not paying Berthage dues)
For every ton of the vessel's registered tonnage, per week or part of a week 5 paras
with a m a x i m u m charge of 4^-p. per week or p a n of a week in the case
of vessels of 50 tons and under, and of Is. per week or part of a week
in the case of vessels exceeding 50 tons but not exceeding 100 tons.
Vessels registered as Cyprus ships, half rates.
Vessels other than Cyprus ships, laying up for the winter, half rates.
For the purposes of these regulations the winter is reckoned as from the 15th Nov.
-in any year to the 15th March in the following year.
EXEMPXIOITS.
(o) All ships registered as Cyprus ships laying up for the winter in the Inner Harbour
-provided that they moor at such places as the Harbour Master directs.
(b) Lighters and boats licensed under the Boats Regulations Law, 1884; fishing
boats and pleasure boats.
(c) Ships of W a r .
(d) Yachts belonging to recognized clubs and wholly in ballast.

•IRRIGATION WORKS.
A charge prescribed from time to time by the Director of Agriculture by a notifi-
-cation in the Cyprus Gazette, not exceeding the amounts hereunder, is payable in respect
