series under section 24 of L a w 8 of 1910, shall be deemed to be a Mark separately
registered.

partnership and such fee shall cover the issue of one certificate of regis–

2. On application and statement of particulars for the registration of a limited
partnership and such fee shall cover the issue of one certificate of regis–
tration:
(a) Where the total capital of the limited partners does not exceed £100 - 10 0
