REGISTRATION.
Registration fee
For an advice of delivery of a Registered article
ENQUIRY IN
RESPECT
OF ANY POSTAL PACKET.
Enquirv fee
UNPAID OR INSUFFICIENTLY PREPAID CORRESPONDENCE.
(a) Every ordinary postal packer not prepaid or insufficiently prepaid will be charged
on delivery with double postage or double the amount of deficiency-; but that charge
shall not be less than _p.
(6) Every registered postal packet not prepaid or insufficiently prepaid will be charged
on deliver}* with an amount equal to the deficient postage.
LATE POSTING.
For every postal packet, irrespective of weight, handed in at any
Post Office after the ordinary* hours of collection
DUTY COLLECTION.
For every postal packet delivered in Cyprus upon which Customs duty
has to be collected
POSTE RESTANTE.
(Where there is a House to House Delivery Seririce.)
For every postal packet addressed '* Poste Restante " and delivered
in Cvprus
EXPRESS SEARCH.
(Where there is a House to House Delivery Service.)
(a) For each search made at the request of the addressee for
correspondence to be delivered in advance of the ordinary delivery
[b) For every ten or less number of items of correspondence beyond
thefirstitem
INSURANCE OF LETTERS A N D BOXES.
Letters and boxes for Great Britain and Northern Ireland, certain British Possessions (
and Foreign Countries can be insured, subject to a limit of insured value and the 1
Postal Insurance Regulations. 1925, at the Pest Offices at Famagusta, Kyrenia, Larnaca ^
Limassoi, Nicosia, Paphos, Pedhoulas, Platres and Troodos.

The maximum sum of insurance which m a y be effected is £120.
The fees payable on letters and boxes for countries to which the system of insurance
extends aro as follows :—
