TABLE OF FEES PAYABLE TO THE REGISTRAR or COMPANIES.
For registration of a company whose nominal share capital does not exceed £ a. p.

For registration of a company whose nominal share capital exceeds £2,000 :
(o) For thefirst£20,000 :
for every £100 or part thereof

Provided that the m a x i m u m fee payable shall not exceed £100.
For registration of any increase of nominal share capital after the first
registration:
(a) For that part of the increased nominal share capital which together
with the registered nominal share capital does not exceed £20,000 :

Provided that the maximum fee payable shall not exceed £50.
For registration of any existing company, except such companies as are by
the Companies (Limited Liability) Laws exempted from payment of fees
in respect of registration under the said Laws, the same fee as is charged
for registering a new company.
For registering any document by the said Laws required or authorized to be
registered, other than the memorandum or the abstract required to be filed
with the Registrar by a receiver or manager or the statement required to
be sent to the Registrar by the liquidator in a winding up .. .. - 5 0

The following fees are payable in connection with applications, registrations, and
other matters under the Law.

Such fees must in all cases be paid before or at the time of the doing of the matter
in respect of which they are to be paid :
1. O n application not otherwise charged to register a trade
mark for one or more articles included in one class
2. O n application not otherwise charged to register a series
of trade marks for one or more articles included in one class ...
