The following fees are payable by the complainant to the Mukhtar or his representative
or to any person appointed by the Commissioner under section 17 of the L a w :— a. p.

representative or any person appointed by the Commissioner under
section 17 of the Law, as the case m a y be
(2) O n inspection of the damage or destruction by two members of the
Commission or their representatives, as the case m a y be, to each ..
(3) For the preparation ofthe list (including one copy thereof) by the Mukhtar

(i) where the persons included in the list do not exceed 100 ..
(ii) where the persons included in the list exceed 100, for every
additional 50 persons or part thereof
The following fees are payable by every defaulter to the Mukhtar in connection, with
the execution of a warrant issued by the Commissioner under section 11 ',2) of the L a w : —

CIVIL ACTIONS BBFORB THE SUPRB-JO COCM AXD THS DISTRICT COURTS.
In matters regulated by tbe Rules of Court, 1927, and in matters £ t. p.
arising under the authority of clause 70 of the High Court of Justice
Law, 1879, the following fees are appointed to be taken in the Supreme -
Court, in the several District tourts, in any ofSr-e which is
connected with any of those Courts and by any officer attached
to any of those Courts, in respect of the several proceedings
mentioned :—
On sealing a writ of summons in an action :—
Where the amount claimed or the value of the matter in )
