In the case of children the charges are as follows according to class:—
(a) Between 8 and 12 years of age : one half of the above rates.
(6) Between 3 and 8 years of age : one-quarter of the above rates.
N o charge is m a d e in respect of children under 3 years of age.
T h e above charges are payable in the case of aircraft.
