SCHEDULE B.
For and in respect of all houses, shops and other buildings the Immovable Property Tax
of which i8 charged on their estimated value there shall be charged yearly one-thousandth part
of such estimated value.
SCHEDULE C.
For and in respect of the annual profits or gains arising or accruing to any person
whatever, whether an Ottoman subject or not, although not resident in this Island, from any
profession, trade or other business exercised within this Island there shall be charged yearly oue
per cent, on such profits or gains.
SCHEDULE D.
For and in respect of every public office or employment of profit, whether public or private
. and for and in respect of every annuity, pension or stipend payable out of the public revenue of
this Island, there shall be charged yearly one per cent, on all incomes derived from any of these
sources.

EDUCATION (A) FUND.
The amount required for repairs, improvements, erection, extension or development
•of any school buildings, premises, playgrounds, yards, gardens, village teachers'dwellings,
rents, furniture, maintenance, etc., etc., or the annual interest and sinking fund, if the
:8um required has been raised by a loan, and for amounts written off as irrecoverable
from past assessments, is provided by the apportionment of the amount among the
churches, monasteries or throne according to their property situated in a town or village,
-and the Orthodox-Christian inhabitants of the town, village or villages according to the
means of each person.

EDUCATION (B)
FUND.
The additional Immovable Property Tax payable by the Mohammedan inhabitants of
the town or village interested in the Moslem school concerned, shall be increased by such a
percentage as shall be sufficient to provide the sum required for repairs, improvements,
•erection, extension or development of any school buildings, premises, etc., etc., and provide
-the annual interest and sinking fund if the sum required has been raised by a loan.

EDUCATION (C) FUND.
The additional Immovable Property Tax payable by the inhabitants, other than
- Orthodox-Christian or Moslem, of the town or village being of the same religious community
interested in the school concerned, shall be increased by such a percentage as shall be
-sufficient to provide the sum required for repairs, improvements, erection, extension or
development of any school buildings, premises, etc., ete., and provide the annual interest
and sinking fund if the sum required has been raised by a loan.
