AUTHORITY-.
Provided as follows :—
(a.) The aggregate amount of che fees for any such inspection shall
noe exceed £1 whatever be the number of separate visits.
(6.) "When the accommodation is inspected at the same time with the
measurement of the tonnage no separate fee shall be charged for
the inspection.
For the inspection of light -md fog signals :—
For each visit made to the ship on the application of the owner and
for each visit made where the lights or littings are found defective - 10 0

For the inspection of the marking of a ship :—
For each visit made to the ship on the application of the owner and
for each visit made where the provisions of the Merchant Shipping
Acts with respect thereto have not been complied with

Sale of maps, repayment for temporary Customs Officers, sale of drugs, hospital
stoppages, sale of Government publications, Printing Office reimbursements, reimburse–
ment from Evkaf for Legal and Audit Services, reimbursement for orderlies to Police
officers, etc.

LOAN WORKS.
* ANCHORAGE AND MOORING IN FAMAGUSTA HARBOUR.
(to be charged when a vessel is not paying Berthage dues)
For every ton of the vessel's registered tonnage, per week or part of a week 5 paras
with a maximum charge of 4__-p. per week or parr of a week in the case
of vessels of 50 tons and under, and of Is. per week or part of a week
in the case of vessels exceeding 50 tons but not exceeding 100 tons.
Vessels registered as Cyprus ships, half rates.
Vessels other than Cyprus ships, laying up for the winter, half rates.
For the purposes of these regulations the winter is reckoned as from the 15th Nov.
in any year to the 15th March in the following year.

provided that they moor at such places as the Harbour Master directs.
(6) Lighters and boats licensed under the Boats Regulations Law, 1884; fishing
boats and pleasure boats.

•IRRIGATION WORKS.
A charge prescribed from time to time by the Director of Agriculture by a notifi–
cation in the Cyprus Gazette, not exceeding the amounts hereunder, is payable in respect
of the use of water from any waterworks for any kind of the following crops:
