* FEES FOR CENSORSHIP OF CINEMATOGRAPH FILMS.
For everyfilmsubmitted for examination and approval by a Censorship
Committee—payable in advance .. .. .. .. -. .. 5s.
No fee is payable—
(a) in respect of anyfilmnot exceeding one thousand and two hundred
feet in length and depicting or relating to comics, reviews of world
news, musical extracts, cartoons, educational or cultural subjects ;
(6) in respect of any film taken in Cyprus of less than thirty-five
millimetres in width.
For every appeal to the Board of Film Censors against the refusal of a
Censorship Committee to approve afilmor part thereof .. .. 5s.
If. however, the Board allows the appeal this fee is refunded to the appellant.
