Private patients ofsmaller means may, subject to the approval of the Director ofMedical
Services, be admitted into the general wards on payment of an inclusive fee of Is. per diem.
Government officials are allowed free medical attendance and, in accordance with
-the class of accommodation given to them, will pay the fees for board and lodging only.
The following fees are payable, in addition to cost of drugs issued by the dispensary,
by patients attending the venereal diseases clinics attached to the Government Hospitals
at Nicosia and Limassoi and the venereal diseases clinics maintained by Government
and attached to the hospitals at Famagusta, Larnaca and Paphos. Certified paupers are
-exempted.
For a course of treatment for:—

Chronic Gonorrhoea
Syphilis
Soft-chancre
Wassermann E_a_nination
Dressings
A charge of 1*. 4_ip. will be made for each injection given in connection with the
•above courses of treatment.

The above scale of fees applies only to specimens or patients if sent to the Laboratory.
